• Mobile device UUID (Unique Device Identifier)

DavinWorks provides users with a clear and accessible way to request account deletion, in compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

2. Send a message to the admin department requesting account deletion
3. Review and confirm the deletion notice explaining the impact of deletion
4. Your account will be flagged for deletion and processed within up to 7 days

You may cancel the deletion request during this period by contacting support.

SMS Communications & Text Messaging Policy

DavinWorks Inc. may send SMS messages to construction professionals related to verified shift opportunities, credentialing requirements, onboarding activities, and compliance deadlines. These messages are strictly limited to employment-related communications. Recipients receive SMS messages only after providing explicit consent through secure registration processes, SMS keyword opt-in, or documented in-person consent, in accordance with applicable industry standards and CTIA guidelines.

Recipients may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to the applicable short code. Upon opting out, a confirmation message will be sent, and no further SMS communications will be delivered unless the recipient re-enrolls using the original opt-in process.

For assistance with the SMS program, recipients may reply “HELP” or contact DavinWorks Inc. directly at info@davinworks.com.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s wireless plan. Recipients are advised to contact their wireless provider for details regarding applicable fees.
